The auto club group (acg) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 14 million members and customers across 13 states and 2 u.sTerritories through the aaa, meemic and fremont brandsAcg belongs to the national aaa federation and is the second largest aaa club in north america.
We are currently seeking several prospective talent acquisition specialists with experience in the areas of insurance sales, product analyst and/or corporate recruitingWhat you will do: (primary duties & responsibilities) in this position you will have the opportunity to:
Recruit, screen and refer candidates for position openings.
Coordinate and monitor various selections within assigned departments and counsels business clients as needed regarding appropriate employment practices.
Provide support to a variety of recruiting efforts, which may include college and internet recruitment and the use of recruitment firms.
Prepare job postings and assist management in the development of appropriate selection instruments.
Screen applicants by conducting initial screenings/interviews and documenting results, and refers qualified candidates to appropriate management for final interviewsChecks references and candidates background in accordance with e.e.0Guidelines and established company practices.
Ensure proper documentation of management`s employment selection and discusses appropriate starting salary and other terms and conditions of employment with management personnel.
Extend offer of employment to selected candidates and coordinates all related hiring activities and paperworkNotifies candidates who have not been selected by letter or telephone.
Perform other duties as necessary.

We`re looking for candidates who:
Have completed college level coursework in personnel management, business administration, or a related fieldBachelor`s degree preferred.
Possess knowledge of eeo and affirmative action guidelines, state and federal selection and hiring regulations, effective recruiting techniques
Posess strong organization and planning skills.
Ability to analyze and define resource and skill requirements and develop selection instruments
Consult with business clients to resolve staffing issues
Coordinate projects including group selections
Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
