Customer service representative / call center remote
Join our aaa missouri emergency roadside call center team!
40 hours/week.
$15.00 + monthly bonus incentives + weekend shift differential!
Day schedules available ranging from 5:45am - 10:15am.
Graveyard schedules also open!
Work from home after 2 1/2 weeks of training onsite!
Training starts october 19th, 2021!
We are looking for emergency roadside specialists to process requests for roadside assistance as part of our fast-paced, member service organization, demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high tension situationsYou will have approximately 2 1/2 weeks of paid training on site at 12901 n forty drive saint louis, mo 63141 to prepare you to provide legendary service to our members!
Successful candidates in the role possess resiliency in diffusing high stress situations.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to 100+ member calls a day.
You’ll need a passion for helping people, and the desire to exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills provide success.
Requires 1 year of previous customer service experienceCall center experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
High school diploma, ged or equivalent along with the successful completion of background and drug screening mandatory.
