Full job description
We are a two-part virtual agencyOur primary agency offers operations consulting and strategies t small and corporate businessesOur secondary agency offers a variety of virtual support to small businesses and nonprofits.
We are looking for a marketing coordinator to support internal marketing efforts as well as client needsThe marketing coordinator will support marketing strategies and lead generation effortsThey are responsible for creative planning and execution of general marketing, email marketing, and social mediaSome tech savviness to support website revisions is preferred but website development is not needed in this role.
This role would start at 5-10 hours per week as a 1099 contractor with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, employee positionWe are looking for someone who can grow with us long-termThe position is fully remote.
Internal & external responsibilities include:
General marketing support - brainstorming growth strategies, planning campaigns, monitoring marketing analytics
Blog & basic website support - drafting some blog posts, creating shortened google posts, and posting blogs to website
Email marketing support - developing email campaigns, writing copy, and managing subscription forms
Social media - creating graphics, researching topic posts and writing copy, managing engagement (familiarity with linkedin is a required)
Creating landing pages on various website and email marketing systems
The ideal candidate would be a figure-it-out type of person that leads with a service attitudeWe focus on communication and collaboration to foster team supportThough, each team member should be ready to take ownership of certain responsibilities and be eager to find new ways to improve.
This role is completely virtualWork hours are flexible besides scheduled team meetings and any client meetings.
