What we are looking for… a performance obsessed crm manager to help build the vision and strategy of avantstay’s lifecycle marketingThe ideal candidate will have experience building and implementing strategy and execution from the ground upThis an amazing opportunity for an experienced individual to take ownership of key vertical in a fast growing startup.
What you’ll do…
Drive strategy and execution across all customer communications channels (email, in-app, push, sms) to acquire new customers and increase ltv.
Design, set up, and monitor complex crm journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content, designed to drive conversion and engagement.
Partner with head of growth to deliver strategic guidance around channels, audience segmentation, frequency, and testing.
Execute key operational tasks, from creative briefs and html code editing to user segmentation, a/b testing, qa and deployment.
Stay on top of email deliverability and other campaign issues as they arise.
What you’ll bring…
5+ years experience in crm, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or similar role
Experience working across multiple team members, serving as a project manager, and connecting the dots.
Solid understanding of email fundamentals (can-spam compliance, deliverability, a/b split testing, etc.) and kpis
Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Email reporting experience; knowledge of email metrics and able to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights
