What we are looking for … a creative and enthusiastic social media producer to develop and optimize content for use across all of avantstay’s social platformsThis person will have the opportunity to enhance our company’s brand, and authentically interact with the community and build relationships across various platformsThe ideal candidate is a passionate social media savant at the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how to harness them while maintaining avantstay’s brand values.
What you`ll do...
Assist the senior social media manager with the development of avantstay’s content calendar.
Create and schedule social media posts to support key product launches, market launches, partnerships, and branding initiatives across social platforms.
Produce social media video content including reels, instagram stories, and tiktoks.
Write engaging copy for social captions and short-form video scripts.
Actively engage with guests and followers on social media.
Collect user-generated content (ugc) to amplify, repost, and engage with on the platform.
Use photoshop, lightroom, and canva to edit graphics and photography.
What you`ll bring...
Bachelor`s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
2+ years of professional social media experience
Experience with all major social channels including, but not limited to, instagram, tiktok, facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube, and pinterest
Strong video editing skills, with experience using premiere, final cut, and other editing applications and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong ability to craft storytelling and messaging
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment
Current knowledge of social, design and digital trends and best practices
Ability to record and film tiktok voice overs, ig story takeovers etc.
