We’re looking for a litigation paralegal to work with one of the world’s largest motor vehicle companies working with the outside discovery counsel and in-house engineering team.
This is an exciting opportunity where you can bring your legal and business acumen to work on cutting-edge discovery proceedings and act as a liaison between engineers and attorney, while tackling complex legal challenges on a global scale.
You will leverage your experience and expertise to counsel and collaborate with some of the most innovative and dynamic minds in the industry while growing and developing a diverse set of skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct the outside discovery counsel in all aspects of discovery proceedings including drafting of discovery responses, demand letters, motions to compel, deposition preparation and trial preparation with a focus on global issues beyond the litigation.
Inform the engineering community about issues surrounding the litigation, learn technical aspects of components, act as a liaison between the engineers and the attorneys to help develop case strategy and responses to discovery.
Manage document collection efforts and subsequent document reviews.
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years working as a paralegal supporting litigation and discovery matters.
Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Available full time - 40hours per week.
Preferred qualifications:
Has worked directly in-house as a paralegal.
Experience working with outside counsel in all aspects of discovery.
Experience managing document collection efforts and document review.

We are a predominantly remote company, with the exception that some clients require on-site presenceWe work hard to accommodate both our clients and lawyers and are focused on ensuring that everyone feels safe and cared for as an axiomiteAt this time, we are only considering remote workers who are located outside of colorado.
