Hello! we are a small family firm looking for a drafter to help facilitate and convert designs from technical plansDrafter responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements, and 3d renderingIf you have hands-on experience with computer-aided design (cad) software, 3d rendering, and sketchup, we would love to get in touch!
We are the perfect resume filler for college students and fresh graduates looking for supplemental income as they hone their rendering and drawing skillsProjects will typically be adu`s, and small residential complexes.
Responsibilities
Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (cad) software
Create 3d renderings from various programs, following the architectural plans, that are easily comprehended by clients.
Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
Describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used)
Skills
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (cad) software
Familiarity with 3d modeling tools
Ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Bsc in engineering, architecture or degree is a plus
Additional certification from the american design drafting association (adda) is a plus
Fluency in korean a major plus!
