This position is located at our fort worth, texas corporate office and has the potential to be a hybrid position with up to 50% remote work.

This position will work with our stakeholders to deliver on the strategic sourcing vision and create a lower total cost of ownership structureThe role will also support in the development and execution of supplier management strategiesSuccessful performance in this role may result in assignments within other purchasing areas.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sourcing of material and services
Manage material requests
Manage catalog
Communication with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Develop and complete rfps
Review, edit, and negotiate contracts
Establish service level agreements (slas)
Identification and execution of process improvements
Facilitate market research and perform internal data collection and analytics
Development and execution of sourcing strategies
Manage relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and business partners
This position will actively participate on cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for complex commodities and sourcing projectsThe position must also provide recommendations on savings opportunities, advise on the selection of suppliers, facilitate market research and internal data collection, and analyze supplier technology and supply marketsThis role is an individual contributor role.
Qualifications:
Applicant must have a bachelor’s degreeApplicant must have a minimum of two (2) years of professional business experience in procurement.
Applicant must be a self-starter, have demonstrated contract drafting and negotiation skills, be familiar with workstations or advanced computer technologies to create analytical models, possess strong quantitative analysis skills, have excellent planning and presentation skills, have strong human relations and communications skills to address controversial issues, and be able to work under time and performance pressures.
