The boeing company is currently seeking a entry level software tech - scrum master to join the bds home office located in berkeley, moThis position will focus on supporting the boeing defense, space & security (bds) business organization.
Position responsibilities:
Establishing an culture of servant leadership that facilities an effective team that has open and honest communication
Remove team impediments and protect teams capacity
Establishing strong relationships between product owners and the development team
Strong leadership in establishing iteration goals and execution
Assists in the execution of tests and records results; gathers and performs basic analysis of data to assess software performance/function
Collects and inputs process data to support basic software metricsWorks under close supervision
This position allows telecommutingThe selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite when needed.
This position requires the ability to obtain a secret us security clearance for which the us government requires us citizenshipAn interim and/or final u.sSecret clearance post-start is required.
