Boeing global services (bgs) is seeking a supply chain manager (level k) to join our supply chain teamIn this role, the focus will be on providing primary executive assistant interface with enterprise executive leadership and direct support to the bgs supply chain vp / supply chain process council exco leaderThis position will physically reside in plano, tx.
This position allows telecommutingThe selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location option.
Position responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Lead and integrate both bgs supply chain and supply chain process council leadership team operations deliverables to include: operating rhythm, org optimization / metrics, metrics / kpi’s, lean / productivity & optimization, and integrated planning & scheduling
Partner with supply chain lt in developing robust program and project schedules to support deliverables
Provide insight into capacity and resource planning needs
Integrate with programs and across functions as required to accomplish all business unit and enterprise goals
Model the culture of boeing global services as agile and lean, while being deeply committed to the customer and compliance
Acquires resources for organizational activities and leads process improvements
Aligns and integrates management system architecture across programs and business units
Champion change, being intentional and purposeful in communicating a services-first approach
Partner with business operations and supply chain process council integration team to accomplish deliverables

Basic qualifications (required skills / experience):
3+ years of working experience in a supply chain related role
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
3+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred qualifications (desired skills / experience):
Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field
