Bamboo ide8 insurance services – fully remote (prefer west coast, but open to all time zones)
At bamboo we are focused on delivering a superior experience for our customers and business partners through exceptional people and great technologyOur product offerings include homeowners and dwelling fire insurance policies sold through preferred partners with an eye towards growing our direct-to-consumer channelTo help us with our continued growth we are looking for a special individual to join the bamboo team as a marketing director.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for top line growth for our existing bamboo agency as well as our soon to be launched direct-to-consumer channel.
Seek out and close new opportunities and partnerships specifically but not limited to the home buying, mortgage lending, and refinancing digital spaces to generate integrated insurance leads
Lead digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and intent to shop
Own the direct-to-consumer shopping and buying experience by optimizing the online quote flow for ease of navigation and comprehension while integrating our call center advocates to ensure seamless transitions as needed
Oversee corporate reputation management including facilitating the process to handle nps surveys
Design and execute on customer onboarding strategy
Foster relationships with our existing agency channels and secure alignment
Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
A self-starter who enjoys disrupting traditional business models and establishing creative new methods to organically grow revenue.
Experienced marketer that has deployed successful advertising campaigns
Strong interpersonal and b2b partnership building skillsExisting relationships within the digital insurance or home buying transaction space is a plus.
Passionate about delivering superior customer experience
Managed overall corporate social media presence
Entrepreneurial mindset
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
M.b.aPreferred with an emphasis on marketing
5 or more years of relevant work experience
