Who are you
You are a motivated professional who is passionate about creating and enhancing business processes within bhg’s strategyone decision engine, a powerful configuration tool for implementing complex, automated credit decision logicYou excel at translating business requirements into workable solutions and have experience supporting users within a platform by troubleshooting and fixing configuration issues while contributing to the development and execution of enhancement road maps based on the needs of your line of business focusYou thrive in a fast-paced environment where your process improvement and organizational skills help to drive efficiencies of scale in a fast-growing organizationIdeally, you have strong analytical skills and experience with decision engine software.
What you`ll do
Analyze the needs of the organization to determine, recommend, plan and execute solutions that will provide the requested capability for proposed projects and deliver timely and efficient operation, and effective use of resources.
Must have the technical capability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
Ability to articulate decisions to management and other team members with excellent communication and project management skills.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot server hardware and software products following industry best practicesPerform server, storage, and networking equipment improvements, updates, and repairs.
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, access and securities, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Monitor the health of critical systems and proactively take steps to ensure uptime.
Support the product team and internal stakeholders in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
Effectively act as the liaison between users and application development teams.
Become an internal data expert; analysis of data and assisting in the data mapping requirements between the internal systems as well as external data sources.
Provide daily support to staff while delivering excellent customer service.
Must be a team player and possess good leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a growing fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sql, python, r, javascript, visual studio, office365 and other cloud technologies.
Working knowledge and experience with current microsoft product lines.
What you`ll need
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with windows server administration, sql server, python, r, javascript, visual studio and decision engine software preferred
Must have the ability to work with the technical support teams (it) to troubleshoot errors or deploy solutions
Desire and ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles
Experience with jira or other project management platforms
A history of successfully driving projects to completion
General understanding of credit/risk principles preferred
