Acts as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leader, developing creative sourcing plans for difficult to fill, leadership and other positions as assignedBuilds both active and passive candidates pools/pipelines using cost-effective and efficient sourcing techniques such as internet searches, cold calls, networking, social media, college recruiting, etcProven ability to produce leads and create candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social mediaCoordinates and leads scoping sessions for difficult to fill positions and creates job specifications for marketing purposesUnderstands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and competitionFollows through with the employment process as defined by policy.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferredPhr or other hr certification preferredMinimum 3 years experience as a recruiter required in a search firm and/or healthcare recruitment settingExperience in a corporate and/or hospital recruitment setting requiredIn-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases and cold calling is a mustExperience with applicant tracking systems requiredStrong boolean search knowledge & search string creation experience, previous sourcing experience in supporting multi functions and business units and strong social media sourcing experience requiredMust be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities and allocate appropriate time between positions assignedProject management skills requiredDemonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writingExcellent customer service skillsStrong attention to detailsAdvanced level of proficiency in word, excel, powerpoint, access, and outlook programs.
