The talent acquisition recruiter is responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout baycare health systemWorks in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functionsParticipates as part of the talent acquisition team to provide quality staffingHas knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the human resources industryBachelor`s degree is required with 2 years of professional recruiting experience or 1 year of experience as a baycare recruiting specialist8 years` of recruiting experience with high school diploma/ged is also acceptable.
