We are looking for a product delivery manager to join the growing product teamWe are looking for a hands-on, technology proficient team player who can support our internal/external productsA product delivery manager is responsible for facilitating the standard feature delivery pipeline, being a central point of contact for product requirements, project execution, testing, and working closely with engineering, marketing, credit, legal, finance, compliance, and operations.
Duties & responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders on new product initiatives, projects, and feature requests
Gather and analyze requirements on multiple complex project requests
Manage execution across multiple products and engineering teams
Monitor delivery, identify issues and remove roadblocks
Facilitate and execute testing
Effectively communicate project status across multiple levels of leadership
Requirements
2-5 years of project management and/or business analyst experience
Bachelor`s degree
Demonstrated success is a high sense of urgency environment, with a willingness to learn new things and adapt to a changing environment
Detail-oriented with superior communication skills
Previous financial services and/or fintech lending experience is a plus, but more important is your ability to learn fast, ask questions and solve problems
Ability to work with remote teams
