Best practices bhom, a rapidly expanding behavioral health practice management company is seeking a seasoned human resources generalist ready to make the leap to hr managerAcquired by means of hands-on experience, your skillset must include:
Management of talent acquisition cycle from entry-level to c-suite.
Performance management, evaluation and improvement systems.
Organization development.
Regulatory compliance and reporting.
All phases of onboarding including employee orientation, development, and training.
Policy development and documentation.
Employee relationship management.
Committee facilitation.
Advanced written and oral communication skills.
Compensation and benefits administration.
Contract negotiations.
Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education.
Display initiative and be self-motivated.
Manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
Advanced organizational and follow-up skills with maniacal attention to detail and precision.
