The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional who possesses outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong computer knowledge, social media, and marketing skills.
Required qualifications:
Efficient with technology and microsoft office
Efficient with various social media platforms, specifically facebook, instagram, linkedin
Prior experience in marketing, specifically digital marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to succeed
Prior experience in human resources management and/or bookkeeping is helpful but not required

Job responsibilities: (duties may be added or removed as needed)
Oversee all social media accounts and monitor all posts and comments for consistency and potential leads
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (text, videos, photos, etc)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
Learn the brand and message of our company and appropriately convey that message on all social media platforms
Review job postings for potential outsourcing opportunities and reach out with promotional information
Create newsletters to send out to existing and potential clients
Research potential networking events in various areas and make necessary recommendations
Join various groups on social media platforms to identify potential clients and reach out with promotional information
Regularly communicates with existing clients to share information, celebrate successes and understand potential needs

Required skills:
3-5 years minimum experience required as a social media marketing manager
1-2 years of remote work experience required
In-home office setup including mac or pc computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of ms office installed (all programs; word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)
A fast and reliable internet connection
Job details:
This is a 1099 contractor role.
All applicants will be subject to a background check prior to an offer being issued.
This position will require a minimum of 20-25 hours per month to start
The position offers commission potential
