What do your job and team look like?
You are responsible for the whole ordering process for northern america & mexicoYou will work closely with your colleagues locally and around the globe, mainly with the sales, finance and technical service teamsYou report to the territory manager agriculture - west coast, based in the us.
What do you do? you:
You are responsible for the whole ordering process: you are the first lead contact, create new customers in the system, generate quotations and proforma invoices, enter the sales orders in the system, provide all information needed for shipping and fulfill sales orders to keep inventory up to date.
You assist the sales representatives through a smooth sales process.
You qualify and distribute larger leads to the responsible sales representative.
You assist by generating reseller (and agent) contracts.
You provide customers with the best customer service, and you know how you can provide them with the answers to all of their questions.
To be successful you have great communications skills, are good at troubleshooting and can easily deal with change and ambiguityYou understand what it means to have a customer-facing role, and are great at customer service! you are hands-on, you go the extra mile for your team and company and your organizational skills rock!
As a customer and sales support specialist you:
Have college working and thinking level.
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in other customer service rolesExperience having worked with technical equipment is a plus!
Passion for care and the ability to listen, problem-solve and deliver great solutions.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve individual and team results.
Have affinity with inside sales, you know a sales opportunity when you see it.
You`re process-minded, punctual, precise and detailed and you always strive for perfection.
Feel comfortable working with various systems (e.gExact globe, sharpspring, google g-suit).
Are fluent in english (spoken and written), spanish is a nice to have.
This job can be performed remotelyIdeally, you are located in the midwest to enable full flexibility in the different time zones.
