Blue rose consulting group inc is seeking it recruiting assistance that can be performed remotelyWe are looking for someone with `spunk` and self-motivation to join and grow with usThe ideal candidate will have some knowledge of information technology modalities and a flexible schedule to begin screening candidates within one business day of their submissionWhile the recruiter should have some basic knowledge of information technology, having the ability to research specific job qualifications and quickly understand if an applicant possesses the skills needed to perform the work is just as relevant.
In this role, you will receive position requisitions from our various clientsSometimes you may need to edit the position description or supply additional information to create the job postYou will then post the job through our applicant tracking system (ats) to various job boardsAs the resumes come in, you will quickly review and eliminate unqualified candidates and schedule the remaining for an initial screening review with a senior managerAs you learn about our work environment, you will be conducting these initial screening callsYou will monitor each candidate through the process and maintain their data in the atsOnce a candidate is hired, you will hand off the onboarding to the hr team.
On average, we have 3-6 open positions per monthHowever, at times we may have more - currently we have appx18 open roles.
Compensation: the compensation model for this role is a small base salary ($2000) and a bonus for each successful placement ($2000 on average)You will not get rich in this role and you should not be applying if you require a set salary level each monthHowever, in the current environment, it is entirely possible to fill most of those 18 roles and earn $36k+This is also a great role for someone looking to come into a growing company and move upYou may find a role for yourself, or wish to grow with us as part of the headquarters teamThe possibilities are endless for the right, self-motivated individualIf you think you have what it takes, please apply.
