Full job description
Pillar to post is proud to be the #1 home inspection company in north america.
Our home inspectors are responsible to complete a concise and detailed inspection of the home including but not limited to all crawl spaces and attic areas
· convey all findings in a professional manner using proper grammar and punctuation
· communicates professionally with real estate agents and customers
· consult and make recommendations to real estate agents and customers for the various value packages and/or additional services offered by the pillar to post franchise business owner
· maintain accurate records of all home inspections including photos, written details about the inspection and the filing of completed inspection reports
· maintain a strong sense of time management to ensure all inspections are arrived at 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time and home inspections are completed within the allotted time frame
· establish a proactive follow up process to ensure all customers are contacted in a reasonable time frame
· communicate the pricing model offered by the pillar to post franchise business owner
· complete all paperwork and follow established company procedures from
Initiation through completion of the booked home inspections
· participate in marketing events such as lunch and learn event, trade shows, and office visit marketing programs
· responsible for the collection of payment at the completion of the home inspection
· coordinate placement and pickup of specialized testing equipment
· responsible for all company issued equipment
