Our recruiting coordinator opportunity is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their career in talent acquisitionYou’ll touch multiple aspects of the recruiting experience from candidate scheduling and coordination to sourcing, employment branding, and moreWe are a fast-growing company and as such are investing in building our teams out to support our patient demandWe are looking for someone who can handle a significant volume of work across a diverse set of roles while also looking for ways to improve our sourcing and talent marketing tactics.
Key responsibilities:
Work across the members of recruiting team to aggressively staff open positions.
Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to match optimal candidates to the requirements of the position.
Open, post, and manage requisitions in our ats and recruiting platforms.
Manage our talent tracking reports daily, create and run ad hoc reports as necessary against kpis.
Schedule phone and zoom interviews for hiring managers across multiple time zones
Coordinate all in-person and virtual hiring events
Be a contributor to projects (social media) to build our company’s talent brand.
Key skills/qualifications:
1+ years of recruiting coordinator or hr coordination experience
Proficient in microsoft office suite with expertise in excel
Excellent social media skills, ability to create content (facebook, instagram and twitter)
Self-starter with the ability to manage and work with all levels of our organization
Maintains professionalism, even when working under pressure
Must possess a customer service orientated, problem-solving mindset
