Full job description
We are looking for a junior to mid-level real estate lawyer to join our us real estate team; ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of law firm or in-house experience handling the following:
Office leasing
Retail leasing
Design & construction agreements
Property management agreements
Professional services agreements
Firm represents fortune 500 companies; successful candidates must be organized, expert at contract drafting and negotiation, and work successfully within a team and independently.
Candidates must be located on the east coast and must have active license in a bar on the east coast.
