About the insurance quality assurance analyst role
We are building our companyIn order to keep growing, we need regular qualitative reviews of our deliverables (e.gOur website) to ensure all content meets business requirements.
We are looking for someone who:
Has property and casualty insurance experience in products, sales, or claims
Enjoys finding loopholes and breaking things to ensure we have a great customer facing product
Has technical knowledge and system experience
Has great attention to detail
Excels in a fast paced environment
Is a team player
This remote role will be primarily focused on ensuring that our customer facing technology and deliverables are fully consistent with our filing and desired outputThis role will require constant system reviews and testing to locate inconsistencies, both in formatting and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Build a process for ongoing quality reviews of our customer facing systems and documents
Carefully review requirements and identify any non-conformities and formatting issues
Document quality assurance activities
Identify and report defects
Skills knowledge and expertise
You have 1+ years of property and casualty insurance in products, sales, or claims
You enjoy detail-oriented system reviews to find formatting issues and non-conformities
You are comfortable with technology and website interfaces
You have excellent written communication skills
You are a team player who enjoys a fast paced working environment
