About the recruiter role we’re seeking a recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition teamAs a recruiter on our team, you’ll manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process for the branch sales, service, and claims teamsYou’ll work to identify talent needs and proactively search for the best people to fit each opening, screening candidates and making recommendations as to whether or not to advance themAs our talent acquisition continues to grow, you’ll help identify process improvements that we can scale to the rest of the team.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for sales, service, and claims, including sourcing candidates from different channels, identifying target talent, proactively reaching out, screening and making recommendations
Communicate and report out progress on a regular basis to keep key stakeholders updated
Identify process improvements that can help scale our talent acquisition team with greater efficiency
Skills knowledge and expertise
You have 2-5 years experience identifying and onboarding talent in the personal lines home or auto insurance industry
You’re equal parts scrappy, strategic, and communicative, able to find people and help them understand the value of bringing their career to branch
You’re comfortable working with external candidates and hiring managers at all levels
You clearly, succinctly, and proactively report on progress to key stakeholders
You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are a strong collaborator
