Full job description
Brandvia inc., a top 50 promotional marketing agency, is currently looking to add a sales associate to our teamWe are seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the promotional product industry who has strong relationship building skills and excels in a sales role.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, responsive, self-motivated, and is comfortable working in a fast paced, customer focused environmentBeing a team player and willing to pitch in at all levels is extremely important.
Position summary
The sales associate role is to be the primary contact with existing clientsThis role helps identify their needs, build and manage client relationships, drive all client business/programs and execute an account strategy for the client.
This role should be able to independently generate new business to brandvia and the business unitThis requires solid relationship and account development skills along with knowledge of available products & services.
Job duties
· act as the main point of contact and interface between company and client
· build strong client relationships by adding expertise, product knowledge and strategic brand value
· develop and customize presentations.
· solid understanding of all brandvia services and the ability to upsell/cross-sell based on identified opportunities within an account
· grow account business and meet or exceed prior years revenue
· drives revenue through recognition and realization of opportunity with existing accounts
· researches and prepares presentations for clients
· coordinates, prepares and compiles information for project coordinator
· develop and maintain communications with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients.
· manage client meetings and communications, set expectations, ensuring clear and concise communication.
· secure payment method in advance and review and approve all pre-invoices in a timely manner.
· closely manage the overall goal of client and work with internal team on strategy for the client while seeking new opportunities for sales.
Qualifications
· 2-3 years of experience in promotional products industry
· 1 year of previous account management experience
· the ability to be a self-directed entrepreneur is necessary
· excellent computer, presentation and technology skills
· solid experience with logistics involved with the promotional products industry and the ability to drive and manage a client.
Physical requirements
