Full job description
We are now hiring customer service reps and dispatchers for our service department.
These are remote work from home positions.
Your daily duties will be answering calls or making outbound calls to our clients to schedule their new work orders or to answer questions about an existing work order.
The position requires you to be at a computer and on the phone all dayWe have a high volume of calls and you will be required to meet certain call goals.
Requirements for the position:
Dependable high speed internet.
A professional attitude with good phone etiquette.
Clear communication skills.
Always be pleasant with clients to create an exceptional customer experience.
Call center or high call volume customer service experience.
Must be able to pass a background check.
2+ years of dispatch experience
We provide:
Your training is through zoom and is about a week longThis is a work-from-home positionOur phone system and dispatch systems are cloud based so as long as you have high speed internet you would be able to work from home.
