As an independent agency we have surrounded ourselves with the right carriers to win an overwhelming majority of the business that we quoteAnd then we pride ourselves on providing great customer service to those clients for years to come.
Your primary role would be to write and retain profitable business, and get paid for itThe secondary roles and responsibilities are completely up to the individual and how they would like to grow in the companyAs the agency continues to expand the future leadership positions will be filled from within.
