Full job description
Very high-profile public company seeks a corporate paralegal to manage the paralegal deptOpen to all remote, but prefer at least occasional on-site work in la, sf or austin.
Varied work, including acquisitions, contracts, sec filings and capital marketsPrior public company experience helpful, either working directly for a public company or doing public company work while working at a law firm.
This is the best paralegal position we`ve had in years.
Compensation package up to $200,000 per year.
