Job description:
Broadcast management group (bmg) is looking for a technical director who will remotely operate bmg?s ross octane vision 4/me production switcher with 48 inputs and 8 keyersThe technical director must be able to work will in a fast-paced live production environment, have clear communications and technical skillsThis position will need to have a wide range of experiences in news, sports, entertainment and music programming, as well as being procative.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Consult on the opium technical set up
Work with director to block cameras before each program
Remotely operate the production switcher during each live production
Requirements:
Must have strong technical and creative experience
Must have experience technical directing for live news, sports, entertainment and music programs
Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
Must have experience with the ross octane switcher
Must have experience working remotely
Willing to offer hourly rates, half day and full day rates
5+ years of relevant experience
