Brozelco, inc., based near knoxville, with branches in kingsport and chattanooga, is a customer-focused industrial distribution companyWe are actively seeking a full-time outside sales representative to office from home serving west tn and the surrounding area.
The successful candidate will be a friendly, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys multi-tasking and working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Recent experience with quota-carrying revenue generation with industrial, electrical, or automation products and services is requiredThe ideal candidate will have a proven and verifiable history of successfully prospecting and opening new accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers across a wide variety of industrial settings.
Candidates with education or expertise in electrical engineering, electrician, panel building, integration, controls, instrumentation, automation, motion control, infrastructure, power distribution, water/wastewater, automotive, chemical processing are highly encouraged to apply.
Education, training, and experience in instrumentation, automation, power distribution, and other industrial disciplines are also useful.
Familiarity with manufacturing protocols and standards such as the observance of safety rules and adherence to ethical purchasing guidelines set by customers is essential.
Qualifications:
Current, successful experience in factory automation or process automation is essential
Certifications in major automation brands such as siemens, allen bradley, schneider, eaton, etc., are not required but will be prioritized in the candidate selection process
Proactive communicator
Friendly, positive & professional demeanor
Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented
Hunger to learn new things and pursue personal growth
Strong experience with microsoft word, excel, and outlook
Clean driving record, background check, and drug testing are required
While we strive for employees to maintain a work-life-family balance, the nature of industrial customers and requires the ability to travel overnight and work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
Occasional travel for training or visits to brozelco offices, training, trade shows, and vendor site visits may also be required
