Responsibilities
Brycetech is currently looking for a clinical logistics support officer to join our team in atlanta, ga! remote work will be available for this opportunity, please see below for more details!
The candidate shall assist the clinical logistics officer.
The candidate shall coordinate the preparation and deployment of contract personnel for the needle and syringe receiving/validation project.
The candidate shall serve as an alternate for the clinical logistics officer.
The candidate shall address any issues and questions the deployed personnel may have while deployed for the needle and syringe receiving/validation project.
The candidate shall develop, compile, and send pod paperwork to government customer .
The candidate shall work with the government customer and other partners, including 3rd party vendors, for deliveries regarding needles and syringes needed for the covid-19 kitting project
The candidate shall attend various meetings as needed.
The candidate shall facilitate coordination across entities, with the single goal of providing actionable information and knowledge to enable decision-making by leaders.
The candidate shall analyze supply data analytics to assist leadership with decision-making.
The candidate shall coordinate and collaborate with the supply chain control tower (scct) to combine efforts and avoid duplication.
Qualifications
The candidate shall possess at least three (3) years’ experience in a relevant field or work environment.
The candidate shall possess strong organizational skills (e.gTime management, communication, setting goals, delegation, working under pressure, self-motivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail).
The candidate shall possess proficiency in written and oral communications.
The candidate shall possess strong proficiency in microsoft office applications, including word, powerpoint, excel, and outlook.
The candidate shall possess knowledge of logistics/supply chain management.
The candidate shall possess knowledge of supply chain optimization and effectiveness.
The candidate shall possess knowledge of and skills regarding logistics operations.
The candidate shall possess the ability to organize, clearly communicate, and solve problems.
