Orlando litigation defense firm is seeking a paralegal with at least two years law firm experience to work in personal injury, construction defect litigation, general liability law, wills, trusts, estates and probateSuccessful candidates will possess good communication skills, be a team player as well as able to work independently, be organized, proactive and self-motivatedCandidate must have the ability to manage a demanding workload of cases, including medical summary/chronology, non-party production, medical bill summaries, identify and locate experts, request, retrieve and track incoming and outgoing records, prepare trial witness and exhibit lists, and trial prepCandidate must capture time efficiently and according to client guidelines.
