Full job description
We are looking for a full-cycle temporary recruiter to join our human resources team! in this role you will contribute to all areas of talent acquisition including writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, and presenting offersThis position is flexible and can be part-time or full-time.
You will work closely with our hr team to build our employer brand, champion the candidate experience, and invest in our growing team at bhi!
Key responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment process including, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and closing offers for job requisitions
Partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, complete the talent request briefing/intake session setting realistic expectations and educating managers on the end to end hiring process
Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
Conduct phone-screens and qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviewing
Manage job postings and resume evaluation
Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our applicant tracking system (paycor)
Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company compensation and benefits guidelines
Mentor and guide hiring manager on recruitment related policies, processes and interview skills as needed
Act as an advocate for bhi, promoting the company at events and on social media
Assist in coordinating recruiting events to attract passive candidates and build company brand presence in target markets
Lead the end to end hiring activities, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Skills and experience:
3-5 years of recruiting experience, in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
Ability to manage candidate pipelines for different requirements and departments
Excellent communication skills with all levels of an organization including executives
Ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively with hiring managers
Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
Knowledge of hr hiring requirements and best practices
Working knowledge of modern recruitment software and tools
Adaptable to change within a dynamic department and company
Results oriented
