What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced product manager, who is passionate about creating and building a solution that customers loveYou will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out offerings that deliver and enhance our customer’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Work with the consulting practices to understand customer requirements, define and execute solutions that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Analyze competitive and market landscape and create solution go to market plans based on understanding of target customers
Work with the practices to develop solution pricing, positioning, and messaging
Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate go-to-market activities and evaluate promotional plans to ensure they align with our portfolio strategy
Be a solution expert and develop product and solution content to build awareness and understanding of the burwood solution offerings
Represent burwood by visiting and interacting with customers to solicit feedback on burwood’s products and services
Who you are
You have work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
You have experience in it services, remote workspace/collaboration applications, and/or network security
You have strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
You have a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product or solution portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
You are skillful with communicating recommendations to executive management
You can work with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
