Overview of position
Butterflymx is seeking an energetic and self-motivated sales coordinator to join the sales team! this is a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and varied role that is perfect for someone who has experience in sales support within the property technology industry.
This entry level position’s primary focus will be to ensure that key aspects of the sales process are fulfilled in a timely and accurate mannerThe ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, a drive to learn, and a personality that thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities and duties
Be a key point of contact for potential clients
Liaise between sales and client success teams to facilitate successful project handoffs
Define actionable next steps for clients while involving, aligning and managing relevant stakeholders across teams
Manage our crm system and update/track client information/requests on an ongoing basis
Coordinate hardware installation process
Handle invoicing requests / billing inquiries
Communicate with internal departments (installations, client success managers, logistics, hardware teams) and our clients to ensure a smooth and positive client service experience
Gain exposure and have daily communication with our new clients
Assist with drafting proposals and pulling together resources for sales presentations
Qualifications and skills
Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management
Degree from an accredited institution
Demonstrate a high level of accountability for both your work and the work of your team
Enjoy collaborating with people to get work done, but know when to take ownership of a task
Have strong attention to detail and can spot and fix errors
Meticulously organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Work fast but thoughtfully, and make suggestions for efficiencies along the way
