Full job description
Courier service is looking for motivated retiree drivers for alternating morning, day, evening, and graveyard shifts for part-time on-call operations in 12 hr shifts, monday - saturday, 5 days per weekPart-time couriers earn roughly $350-$400 per weekPick-up and delivery locations vary from within lynchburg city to outbound areas in the state of virginia.
Requirements:
Applicants must reside within lynchburg city limits of 24501, 24502, 24503, and 24551 zip codes only to apply.
Applicants must have their own dedicated transportation to and from our office facilities.
Must be willing to drive in inclement weather or adverse driving conditions.
Must be able to drive at night.
An active cell phone with gps is required.

Courier responsibilities:
Pick-up from company`s shippers and deliver to assigned consignees.
Fill out the appropriate paperwork and obtain signatures at pickup & delivery points.
Continuously maintain cellular contact while on the scheduled day or night shifts.
Maintain a great work composure and have a positive attitude with our shipping customers!
Applicants must have a minimum +2 dmv rating to apply; a current copy of your dmv record is required to applyYour dmv driving record must be from virginia (v-dot) and dated no earlier than may 1st, 2021.
A waiver for criminal background checks will be required as well as a 10-panel drug test.
