Cort is currently looking for an internet account executive in the mountain or pacific coast time zonesThis is a remote position that will be performed from a home officeThe internet account executive will contact perspective internet leads in order to uncover customer’s needs and to sell cort’s services to these internet customers.
The schedule will primarily be 9am-6pm pst, monday through friday, with up to two saturdays per month, from 8am-4pm pstThe hours may fluctuate due to seasonality and customer demandThe pay range for this position is $17-$20/hrResponsibilities: customer service driven- the rep will assist customers on the phone and via email.
Utilize technology as selling tools – apply skills in outlook, internet explorer and word as requiredProficiency in navigating the internet in order to assist customers is essential.
Communication with customers – the rep is responsible for professional communications with customers to uncover and fulfill their needs, and to provide friendly and empathetic guidance and support during the relocation process.
Inter-company communication – the rep is responsible to communicate daily productivity and any customer service situations that need to be resolved in a timely manner to his/her supervisorCommunication with all company employees must be professionally executed following phone and email etiquette guidelines.
Work independently/manage the home office –customer service rep is tasked with creating a routine and disciplines that will allow the work to be completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to build solid business relationships
Polished communication and presentation skills
