Corporate headquarters - phoenix, az crs temporary housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their home due to lossWorking with insurance companies and the policy holders, we provide a variety of solutions to make this difficult time easierThe design & marketing specialist will assist the brand marketing manager with both print and digital mediaThey will support our sales and marketing teams through a variety of channels including print, digital, web, video and other as assignedOur office is located near metro center in phoenix, azThis position will primarily work at home but will required to come into the office periodically for special projectsThe schedule has some flexibility, but we are looking for approximately 20 hours per weekThe pay rate will be $17.00 (or may be higher depending on experience.) crs temporary housing has a mandatory covid-19 vaccine policyAny offer of employment will be contingent upon compliance with the policyPlease email humanresources@crsth.com if you would like to request details regarding this policyDuties and responsibilities
Layout and design of the internal monthly newsletter
Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to a deadline
Create social media posts and schedule in sprout social
Design various sales collateral
Assist in developing content for email marketing campaigns
Write blogs for the crs website
Perform regular research on competitors
Participate in brainstorms for new literature, collateral and digital media
Qualifications
Must be mac proficient
Currently in pursuit of a degree in graphic design, marketing or digital media
Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
Working knowledge of adobe creative suite (photoshop, indesign & illustrator)
Strong computer experience microsoft word, powerpoint, excel
Ability to set, meet and exceed goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
Flexible and able to manage multiple projects at one time
