This is an opening for a web application team lead/lead developer, with job duties to include…
Lead a small team of developers to build and deliver a wide range of successful web-based applications (front end ui and supporting logic code) using a variety of web technologies
Lead development, delivery, and troubleshooting of client application products, including ci/cd, solution quality assurance, and devops
Lead coding practices, skills development, collaboration, and code quality reviews for the application team
Participate in development as a senior developer to model best practices and maintain front-line involvement and awareness of coding practices
Participate in design process
Participate in exploration, evaluation, and application of new data technologies
A strong candidate will have the following characteristics...
A strong background in web application development, solution approaches, and technologies
Strong skills and experience with c#, asp.net, iis and related technologies
Strong skills and experience with vue.js and/or other web ui frameworks
Strong skills and experience with javascript, jquery, and ajax
Experience with entity framework
Strong coding skills, including planning, structured logic, modularization, systematic troubleshooting, and strong attention to quality
Experience with sql
Experience with css
Experience with devops, ci/cd approaches
Experience with coded unit testing
Experience with agile development models
Experience with cloud-based application environments is a plus, especially azure
Java experience is a plus
Familiarity with best practice ui patterns and basic usability factors
An interest to lead and grow teammates in a collaborative, small team environment
