We are looking for a high performing billing and accounts receivables professional, which also possess a desire and skillset for process improvementsThe tasks are related to bswift, active health management, cts healthagen and hdms, invoicing and accounts receivableThis person will need to hit the ground running in our fast-paced environmentYou will never be bored or without tasks to keep you busy hereMust be willing to work on or near the 1st of every monthIn addition, we are seeking specific knowledge listed in requested skills to build, automate and make department tasks more efficient.
Billing:
Communicate with operations and other business units as well as interpret system generated reports in order to deliver accurate monthly customer invoices; within the key performance metrics for the invoice type
Provide solutions and insight to improve systems, processes and metrics
Analyze contracts in order to identify and solve billing nuances and complexities
Communicate with external and internal customers on any billing or payment questions
Develop and maintain proactive cross-functional relationships throughout the business
Work with supplier tech team on the maintenance and creation of system generated billing reports
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest / implement changes as necessary
Maintain operational process documentation
Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Accounts receivable:
Increase efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes and procedures
Maintain excellent documentation and follow-thru on past due accounts
Application of customer payments
Keep up to date on all billing correspondence from clients and internal teams
Drive internal and external adherence to policy
Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Required qualifications
5+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience

Advanced microsoft excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros) experience strongly preferred
Quick base end user / developer experience strongly preferred
Alteryx experience strongly preferred
Education
High school diploma or ged required
