Our salesforce engagement manager/admin is a critical role, essential to successful salesforce implementations for our good sam teamThis role offers a rewarding opportunity to serve key camping world / good sam stakeholders.
As a key member of the salesforce crm team, you will be the primary liaison with the good sam business stakeholders and technical teams to support the successful planning, design and execution of all enhancements and projects related to salesforceYou will work with the business to understand their needs and then define the proper salesforce technical requirements and user experience for the businessThis role is supported by a large team of helpful and skilled crm managers, admins and developers to ensure success.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in regular meetings with the business stakeholders to understand desired enhancements around salesforce useIn addition to native salesforce, this may include cti, other salesforce.com modules, and force.com applications.
Elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements to improve efficiencies and drive revenue.
Work with crm management to determine the overall requirements gathering strategy and plan the requirements phase of projects.
Possesses knowledge of the sfdc platform including the foundational concepts of the application and native functionalityRecommend and advise the business regarding tools, apps and potential add-ons.
Provide weekly updates to the business on all project and enhancement work.
Help the business prioritize work based on resources and capacity.
Work with crm team in daily stand-ups (agile) and regular team meetings to discuss solution options and determine scope of proposed workTeam is dedicated to collaboration and team learning!
Drive the resolution of salesforce declarative tickets for the business as needed.
Work within the agile development framework:
Document user requirements
Secure business / owner approvals
Define acceptance criteria for developers and sqa
Oversee the testing / qa of enhancements
Collaborate with team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements.
Ensures all requirements are fulfilled by the technical design.
Manage the progress and quality of the requirements gathering activities and adjust the plan as necessary.
Dedication to your own personal and professional developmentContinually seek to enhance your salesforce.com knowledge, including use of salesforce trailhead and the acquisition of progressively more advanced salesforce.com certifications.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a business environment managing salesforce projects and requirements; prefer experience related to service operations using service cloud.
2+ years working as a salesforce administrator preferredIf not, require interest in becoming one and desire to learn.
Salesforce call center experience or service cloud helpful.
Strong communication skillsProven ability to gain credibility with business stakeholders and to run interactions without supervision.
Solid organizational, multitasking and troubleshooting skills with an extreme attention to detail.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
Experience or familiarity with agile development processa plus.
Business requirement gathering skills.
An eye for continuous process improvement opportunities.
