Summary
Cannamd is currently the fastest growing network of medical marijuana physicians in floridaCommitted to fostering evidence-based discussion and application of medical cannabis research, cannamd is seeking a director of patient services to manage a large-scale department with the goal of increasing booked appointments and improving patient satisfaction.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a relentless work ethic, superb organization, and also possess:
Extensive sales experience
Maturity and confidence in managing a team of 25+ employees
Advanced ability to analyze complex data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work 45+ hours a week (including flexibility on weekends)
Genuine passion for the medical marijuana industry
Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Managing the patient services department
Monitoring and improving performance metrics of patient liaisons and leadership team
Conflict resolution to include hr matters and intrapersonal conflict
Motivating team members and positively contributing to company culture utilizing the “canna way”
Additional information
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
