The hr manager owns the capital factory dreamteam experienceYou plan, direct, and coordinate the full administrative life-cycle of the organization`s employees directly and work closely with the executive team and managers to support all teamsThis role is responsible for shaping job descriptions, recruitment, onboarding, benefits selection and administration, payroll execution, performance management, training and development, off-boarding, and all documentation related to the employer-employee relationship.

Requirements
About you…
You are a certified hr professional with a phr or shrm.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or a minimum of five years experience in human resources management.
You possess and implement a strong playbook built from your hr experience
You are able to work in the office and remotely when appropriate.
You provide guidance and instruction to middle managers to optimize their employee engagement.
You possess exemplary interpersonal, ethical, and emotional intelligence skills.
You are customer service oriented.
You feel comfortable making decisions and know when they need to be escalated.
You are naturally discrete, squashing gossip and keeping private details secure.
You are available to work 45 hours per week.
You check your email on nights and weekendsYou do what it takes to get the job done.
You plan to stay in texas and fully commit to this position for two years.

Employees experience an informative and smooth onboarding or offboarding experience.
Managers have a resource to turn to for effective relationship management and are supported during employee conflicts.
