Full job description
You got into the “coordinator” or “executive assistant” game because you are a master at getting work done and done correctlyYou love making things happen behind the scenes – to take something off your boss or teammate’s plate and have them trust you 100% and then stay out of your way as you just do itAt this stage, you’re looking for a company where you can truly shine in your genius of multi-tasking, detail-orientation, work ethic and integrity.
We are the field package sales team growing within capital vacations and need someone who is flexible, well-organized, pays close attention to detail, takes direction well, is able to comfortably speak with applicants and preferably has had some experience in the timeshare industryA fair amount of the recruiting coordinator’s day will be spent in email or phone correspondence with job candidatesThis is a responsibility that requires excellent written and verbal communication skillsIn many ways, the recruiting coordinator is the “voice” and first impression of our team.
Currently, we have a goal of growing into several new sales locations within the next 6-12 monthsA mission like that requires a master of get-it-doneThink this might be a great position for you?
Where you get to be full on in your superpower of slaying your task list, then asking “what’s next??” – without your boss looming over your shoulder or checking in every 15 minutes.
Where your habit of triple-checking your work before pulling the trigger is seen, celebrated and embracedYour ability to predict what’s needed and detect where administrative details have snuck onto another team member’s plate (so you can take them back) goes directly to having an impact on company goals.
And where your natural gift of being able to do just about anything your team can throw at you – from making sure the new hire emails go out to scheduling tons of interviews and everything in between… makes a real, tangible difference in the lives of customers, colleagues and candidates.
Here’s a glimpse of what we need to start:
Posting all of our hire opportunities to social media to expand our reach.
Scheduling interviews with applicants and hosting copious interviews over zoom.
Queueing up mobile booking app login information for all new hires.
Keeping an eye on our new hires, to identify rockstar clients and capture success stories for follow-up
Excellent english-speaking and writing communication skills
Random bullet point to see if you’re paying attention: put the secret code “achiever” in your application email subject line.
Ensuring that new hire communication deliverables are up-to-date and communicated correctly.
Jumping in with new hire emails, hr messaging and phone calls when needed
Double and triple checking that all of your work components are done correctly - your attention to detail is truly mind-blowing
Updating recruiting sop’s to make sure the procedures stay tight and accurateYou’re meticulous about keeping the team up to date and keeping an eye on email for what’s needed next
At heart you are an “executor” who takes immense pride on doing it right and freeing up the brain space of your team members.
You know your work is more than checking stuff off a checklistThe distinction is in the details, and it’s the details that drive the vision and mission forwardYou can see the big picture and make decisions on the details that ultimately support it.
We offer competitive compensation, health insurance package, paid time off, 401k, and loads of personal / professional development opportunitiesPosition will start at full time, monday - friday 9am - 5pm est, working virtually.
