This individual should be in either the charlotte, nc or denver, co msas and will be allowed to work remotely as tasks/meetings permitIndividual will be responsible for the following:
Oversee it operations and supervise systems.
Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s it infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems).
Develop, manage, and track the it department’s annual budget.
Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.
Ensure smooth delivery and operation of it services by monitoring systems performance.
Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
Analyze crm database, track, and measure kpis.
Execute crm strategy, lead acquisition campaigns, assist in technical support of marketing cloud and website, and coordinate across internal cross functional & external agency teams.
Build segmentation and propose relevant action plans to grow engagement, loyalty & sales.
Capstone is looking for passionate, experienced, and creative people who possess:
5 years proven experience as it director or similar role.
Strong analytical skills & experience in evaluation and implementation of it systems and their specificationsSound accuracy and logic.
Natural understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks with experience in controlling information technology budget.
Bsc/ba in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; msc/ma will be a plus.
Compensation:
Compensation package to include base salary plus performance-based incentive bonus plan—details of both to be determined based upon candidate experience, skill level, and discussed later in the application and interview process.
