Overview: cardiosolution is currently seeking a full-time marketing manager based in our blue ash office in cincinnatiThe marketing manager will coordinate the daily operations and workflow relative to the company’s branding and marketing needsThe position may partner with the technical coordinator on website development, corporate and divisional collateral and/or publications, branding initiatives, recruitment advertising, and general advertising programsQualifications required:
Two (2) years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, creative programming, and/or web development
Qualifications desired:
Prior graphic design experience
Prior experience in healthcare, staffing, or human resources environment

Prepares operations reports or progress reports as requested
Develops branding direction for all corporate and divisional productions
Coordinates marketing development for corporate and/or divisional initiatives
Designs templates for publications, forms, and informational items
Maintains and updates monthly blogs, postings, and corporate email signatures
Creates and maintains weekly emails blasts for all divisions
Evaluates the company’s marketing needs and recommending new items or improvements to existing collateral and/or publications
Prepares the monthly corporate calendar and all newsletters (if applicable)
Maintains and tracks corporate goals (quarterly, annually)
Preserves and updates graphic design for all logo, advertisements, website material, content, and design
Coordinates ad-hoc projects
Performs additional duties as assigned by management
