Job title: software qa tester
Position summary:
We are looking for a software qa tester to assess software quality through both frontend and backend testingYou will be responsible for test planning, test execution, and reporting all test resultsIn this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skillsBe a part of an agile team and contribute on a day-to-day basis for product quality.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
Review and analyze system requirements
Collaborate with other software qa testers to develop test strategies, test plans, and requirement traceability matrix
Execute both manual and automated tests and analyze test results
Perform functional, integration, regression, security, and compatibility tests with internal and external systems used
Communicate defects to developers and other stakeholders
Assist in troubleshooting issues and defects
Assist in testing post-release/post-production issues
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct demos for software
Qualifications:
Experience and educational requirements:
Proven experience as software quality assurance tester or a similar role
Minimum four or more years of related experience
Experience in project management and qa methodology
Knowledge with agile frameworks and regression testing
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qtest, zephyr) and sql
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
Experience with zephyr for jira and jira tools
Automation experience in selenium will be a plus
Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution tested
Sql queries for testing on sql server, oracle, and mysql databases
Rest and soap api

Ability to communicate effecvely both orally and in writing
Ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Working knowledge of microsoft office
