What you’ll do:
Own p&l of the marketplace and the growth and engagement of our healthcare professionals.
Lead a team of regional directors focused on accelerating professional activations and professional engagement programs across our network.
Track and drive national performance against set okrs and drive business results that align with carerev’s overall strategy
Drive innovation through launching new lines of business and verticals.
Manage the activities, performance, ongoing performance of our healthcare facility partners, providing data/insights for expanding existing business.
Partner closely with operations, product, marketing, and sales & growth stakeholders to maximize our marketplace, allowing healthcare professionals to support patient demand.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on market trends and opportunities for increasing the professional funnel.
Drive analysis on strategic decisions, including understanding key levers to improve results and clarify tradeoff decisions
Proactively identify and solve opportunities for improvement to the platform and healthcare professional experience
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of leadership experience, managing p&l, high growth businesses.
Experience in the growth stage of a company is vital to ensure success in this role
Proven track record of recruiting top talent and managing high-performing teams
Data driven decision making, ability to navigate ambiguity and fast paced environments.
Enjoyment in identifying process improvements and comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders such as senior management and engineering/product
Proven track record of being able to manage multiple large-scale projects, and oversee long-term goals of a company.
Experience working in a fast-paced hyper growth environment.

Physical requirements:
