✍️ Duties and responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the production manager will include but aren’t strictly limited to the following
🔹Overall responsibility of the production process
🔹Developing and implementing production strategy
🔹Researching new alternative ways to work efficiently
🔹Should demonstrate team leadership attributes and should possess into an interpersonal relationship with all level
🔹Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems
🔹Maintaining the good housekeeping practices
🔹Maintaining a respectful relationship between the staff and the administration
✍️ Skills & Experience:
🔹Prior Experience in Manufacturing Sector ( Minimum of 3 Years )
🔹Expert knowledge in Work-Study, Production Planning
🔹Extensive experience in handling Staff Wellbeing and Manpower
🔹Ability to solve complex production-related problems
🔹Ability to Manage time effectively & Efficiently
✍️ Qualification:
🔹Degree in any Field or Higher Diploma
🔹Basic Computer Knowledge with MS Office Competency
🎯Priority will be given to applicants around Colombo 🎯
