The talent acquisition manager leads the analysis, design and implementation of recruiting strategies for all acquisition of talentPosition provides leadership and strategic direction for all team member recruiting across several sites, including non-exempt production roles as well as rn clinical roles.
Some of what the talent acquisition manager will do:
Lead a team of talent advisors with a focus on recruiting for on-site roles as well as work from home roles
Work with director of talent acquisition to plan, develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy for the organization
Collaborate with partner departments to ensure we are hiring the right people for our various positions
Analyze current processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness from the recruiting team
Some of what you have done:
3+ years in management
3+ years in recruiting and talent acquisition
